Nicole Gemmiti is an audio engineer and musician based in Brooklyn, NY. In 2019 she completed a dual-degree program at Berklee College of Music, earning a Bachelor’s of Music in Music Production & Engineering and Contemporary Writing & Production. She then relocated to her home state of New York to pursue a career in audio engineering. After completing internships at several professional studios, including the legendary Electric Lady Studios, Nicole used her experience to begin freelance engineering work.
She's recorded not only out of her home studio, but also at local spaces like The Creamery Studio in Brooklyn. In addition, she does remote mixing work in a variety of genres, from folk rock to R&B. Nicole takes great pride in bringing a uniquely creative approach to what are usually thought to be the most "technical" parts of the music making process. Her clients have described her as having a "delicate touch" with her mixing while maintaining a high quality of work and the utmost professionalism.
A cornerstone of Nicole's philosophy in her work is to always stay true to the artist's vision, regardless of what her role may be within the project. Her rigorous attention to detail, diligent work ethic, and passion for music are all part of what makes her a talented engineer, producer, and musician.
